EMS Band
by Chase
The EMS students’ favorite thing about band is being able to make music. Mr. Goss shared information about the EMS Band. The Winter Concert was streamed live this year. It was also the first year it was combined with chorus and orchestra.
Are you wondering how long it was? The winter concert lasted about an hour. It consisted of 38 students and there was no theme for this year’s winter concert. The songs that were played and orchestrated this year are “The Gift of Christmas” made by James Swearigen, “Starfilm Fanfare” created by Candall Standridge and last but not least made by Rob Romeyn “And All the Bells Shall Sing.”
Due to the pandemic of COVID-19, Mr. Goss has taken the correct steps to insure nobody gets COVID. Students are staying three seats apart and keeping masks on unless playing an instrument.
