Meet Mr. Kishpaugh, Ephrata Middle School Principal

Ephrata Middle School has encountered some improved changes this year thanks to our new principal, Mr. Kishpaugh. He is full of thrilling ideas as well as implementing exciting events which will be announced in the coming weeks.
Mr. Kishpaugh wants to improve our school in a way that creates an effective, enriched learning environment. He would like Ephrata Middle School to embrace a culture that allows students to reach their full potential. Furthermore, Mr. Kishpaugh hopes that his ideas will create a positive experience for the students at Ephrata Middle School. He wants to continue to offer curriculums that have real-world connections and relevance to individual students.
Also Mr. Kishpaugh wants to equip us with a disposition to help us make safe decisions. Exciting events that our principal has implemented or added his own ideas to comprise of the kindness challenge, Mini-Thon, and LRG (Life Ready Graduate activities).
Mr. Kishpaugh has what it takes to be one of Ephrata Area School District’s principals. His credentials consist of 4 years of experience as an assistant principal, a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership, and he’s halfway through his doctorate of education degree.
Our principal wants to be our principal, he is passionate about his role in young lives, and he likes to teach and lead this age group. Above all, Mr. Kishpaugh wants the opportunity to learn alongside us and grow as our principal because our school has an amazing staff. This year Ephrata Middle School students have gained a remarkable principal.
